A very rare and exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our fantastic accounts team based at our Pillory Street, Nantwich Office.
The role of Legal Cashier will suit somebody who is a strong team player with (preferably) hands on experience of transactional accounting processes within the legal sector.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills and a positive and friendly personality with the ability to manage time, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring Clients accounts and office accounts and allocating funds received
- Dealing with CHAPS, BACS, cheque payments & transfers between accounts
- Taking card payments and reconciling end of day reports
- Resolving accounts queries raised by fee earners & other staff
- Assisting other members of the accounts team where necessary
- Checking & processing bills & completion statements
- Daily Banking
- Managing Petty Cash transactions

Hours & Salary
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 36.25 hours
- Holidays: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
- Salary: £21000 – £25000 (dependent on experience & qualifications)
