Hibberts Solicitors are looking to expand our fantastic team of receptionists and have available a part-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join us at our busy Nantwich office.

The successful candidate will be joining an accredited North West firm where client care is of the highest priority.  This role will suit an experienced receptionist, preferably with some knowledge/experience of working in a legal office, who will also possess excellent communication skills and a positive and friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages
  • Greet persons entering the office
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers
  • Monitor staff movements in and out of the office
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining dairies both manually and electronically
  • Organise conference and meeting room bookings
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment
  • Control inventory relevant to reception area
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area

Qualifications required:
GCSE or equivalent English and Maths at Grade C or 4 and above.

Hours & Salary:
• Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8.45 – 5.00 (29 hours per week)
• Holidays: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
• Annual Salary: Competitive dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Location: 25 Barker Street, Nantwich
