Wanda is a solicitor in our agricultural team. She originally hails from Poland where she graduated with an equivalent to MA degree in classical and Near Eastern archaeology and ancient history. She subsequently moved to the UK and qualified as a solicitor in 1994. Wanda is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
Wanda joined Hibberts LLP in 2013 having previously worked for a number of commercial law firms, including a legal 100 firm in Manchester, and gaining experience in a broad range of commercial property and agricultural issues, including sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold land, development site setting, planning agreements, transfer of farm businesses.

At Hibberts LLP, she specialises in agricultural work, advising and acting for landowners, farmers, landlords, tenants as well as lenders and investors. Wanda’s work ranges from acquisitions and disposals of bare agricultural land , grant of licences and farm business tenancies to complex and high value matters including succession applications and grant of succession tenancies, option and promotion agreements in relation to agricultural land, solar panel leases, agricultural business partnerships, secured lending, re-mortgages, entitlements under CAP .
When she is not advising clients, Wanda enjoys listening to classical music, going to the opera and reading.
