Hibberts LLP are looking to expand our fantastic team of reception and secretarial workforce and have available a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Secretary/Receptionist to join us at our Crewe office.

The successful candidate will be joining an accredited North West firm where client care is of the highest priority.  This role will suit an experienced secretary with a high level of customer service skills.  They will possess excellent communication skills and have a positive and friendly personality.

This role is best suited to someone who seeks a varied daily task-list and someone who enjoys being organised!  They will communicate well, value working as part of a team but they will also enjoy working independently and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be reliable and proactive, they will have bags of enthusiasm for keeping things tidy and organised and they will have an eye for detail and ensuring accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Front of House services – meeting and greeting all visitors to the office, to include taking copies of ID and processing card payments;
  • Answering the telephone, screening and directing calls, taking and relaying messages;
  • Providing remote secretarial support, to include typing and using digital dictation system;
  • Attending on clients in person and on the telephone and taking instructions;
  • Assisting in the preparation of legal documents;
  • Processing online applications;
  • File Opening and compliance checks;
  • Maintaining diaries, scheduling appointments, booking conference rooms and monitoring visitor access and staff movements in and out of the office;
  • Photocopying;
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.

Hours & Salary:-

  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 36.25 hours
  • Holidays: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
  • Annual Salary: Dependent on experience
  • Location: 144 Nantwich Road, Crewe

Start date: April 2024
