Joel Brookes qualified as a Solicitor in 2026 and specialises in Employment Law. Joel advises both employees and employers, providing clear, practical and commercially focused guidance tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Joel graduated from the University of Manchester in 2022 with a First-Class Law degree before completing the LLM LPC at BPP University in 2024, achieving a Distinction. During his studies, Joel developed a comprehensive understanding of various areas of law including employment, family, litigation and more.

Following this, Joel joined Hibberts as a trainee solicitor in 2024 and gathered experience across various departments including Employment, Agriculture, and Private Client.

Having qualified into Hibberts’ Employment Law department, Joel is primarily based at our Crewe office and provides employment law services to clients across all of the firm’s offices in Cheshire and North Shropshire. Joel is committed to delivering an approachable, high-quality service to his clients and to continue developing his specialist knowledge of employment law.
