Accreditation for Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)

Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)

With the reinvigoration in house moves following lockdown, it is important to be confident that your solicitor is accredited with the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). The Law Society awards accreditation to recognise excellence in the residential conveyancing process, and Hibberts Solicitors are delighted to once again be reaccredited.

As a client working with us you can expect us to demonstrate the high standards and best practice required to meet the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) criteria, alongside our technical expertise. We pride ourselves on our excellence in client services and the work we do to satisfy regulators, lenders and insurers.

The housing market has seen a marked increase in sales as well as house prices, and Hibberts Solicitors can support you at one of the biggest, and often most stressful times. With the added incentive of a stamp duty holiday until 31st March 2021, now is a great time to consider purchasing your new home.

At Hibberts Solicitors we have a highly experienced conveyancing team who can help you negotiate the new rules to take advantage of the stamp duty holiday and save money in purchasing your property, as well help you to navigate some of the other challenges.

Claire Dobson, Partner & Head of Conveyancing says “We’re delighted that Hibberts Solicitors have been awarded the accreditation for The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (QCS).  The team here work hard to ensure that our clients experience the highest level of support and receive a bespoke service to meet their individual needs. We pride ourselves on providing the best options, costs and timescales from the outset.”

Whether you are looking to expand because you have a growing family or need more space, or are downsizing to a more compact home, the conveyancing team at Hibberts Solicitors can provide advice and support for your move.
