Court Orders which you can apply for in relation to children include:

1) Child Arrangements Orders – these regulate who the child/children live with, when and who they can have contact with.

2) Specific Issue Orders – these are to regulate specific circumstances with a child’s life and upbringing such as which school they will attend.

3) Prohibited Steps Orders – these regulate to prevent certain actions being made in relation to the children, for example preventing a child’s name from being changed without both parents’ consent, preventing the children being moved abroad.

Should you choose us to represent you within Child Court proceedings, our service includes representation at Court Hearings such as First Hearing Dispute Resolution Appointments (‘FHDRA’s), Dispute Resolution Appointments (‘DRAs’) etcetera, preparation of position statements, reading and advising on reports submitted as part of proceedings such as safeguarding reports, police and medical disclosure.
