Financial Consent Order & Settlements

In short, Consent Orders are binding Court Orders which cement financial arrangements for spouses or civil partners on the breakdown of their relationships. Clean Break Consent Orders prevent spouses from making further financial claims against each other, potentially years after the breakdown of relationships. Consent Orders can include provisions for spousal maintenance, provisions for transfers of properties, provisions for lump sums to be paid, and provisions for pension sharing.
