Non-molestation Orders and Occupation Orders

Hibberts offers professional advice, assistance and representation and for any client in relation to the process of obtaining a Non-molestation and/or Occupation Order.

A Non-molestation Order is a form of injunction that can be taken against another person called the respondent to prevent that respondent from abusing, intimidating, harassing or being violent against an applicant, for a specified length of time. An Occupation Order is a form of injunction that can be taken against a respondent to prevent that respondent from entering a specific property for a specified length of time.
