Employment law and settlement agreements

Our employment team acts for employees across Cheshire: unfair dismissal, redundancy, workplace disputes, employment tribunals and settlement agreements. If you have been offered a settlement agreement, your employer will usually contribute to the cost of the independent legal advice you are required to take, and we can normally review and sign off an agreement within days. We also advise Cheshire employers on contracts, disciplinary processes and TUPE.
