Background
Anne is the Head of the Private Client Department and has over 20 years’ experience in Private Client work, specialising in Wills and Probate.
Anne Walley has a degree in Business Law from Watt University, Edinburgh and was admitted as a solicitor in 1991 after completing the Common Professional Exam and the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Chester.
Anne joined the Probate Department at Hibberts LLP in 1999 becoming a Partner in 2011. During her employment with Hibberts LLP, she successfully completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
Area of Expertise
Anne has completed several Professional Development courses in Probate and Administration, becoming a Member of Solicitors for the Elderly in 2006 and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2009.
Anne deals with complex matters having a particular interest in agricultural estates.
Anne has successfully managed the administration of three inter-connected estates where two family members dies intestate. She was able to complete two Dees of Variation resulting in a substantial saving in Inheritance Tax.

Outside of work, Anne has an interest in Yoga and Mindfulness and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Anne is involved in the local community and is a member of Crewe and Nantwich Weaver Rotary Club.
