Hibberts Solicitor Appointed to Junior Law Division Committee


Michaela Warner

Michaela Warner, Solicitor at Hibberts Solicitors based on Barker Street in Nantwich, has been appointed to the Cheshire & North Wales Junior Law Division Committee. She will act as the Liaison Representative to the Cheshire and North Wales Law Society to feedback information from the Law Society to the Committee. 

Michaela has worked at Hibberts Solicitors Nantwich for the past seven years, starting in a secretary role whilst studying the Legal Practice Course, and progressed through the ranks as a paralegal and trainee solicitor. She became a fully qualified solicitor in the Wills and Probate team just over a year ago.

Michaela comments: “I’m really excited to have been appointed to the Cheshire & North Wales Junior Law Division Committee as Liaison Representative. The Junior Division was set up as a specific group within the Law Society to give junior lawyers support, advice, information and networking opportunities, and my role will be to link into the Law Society to ensure that our members are kept fully informed.”

Michaela has taken an active part in the Junior Law Division events, including quizzes and fundraising activity.

Michaela joined Hibberts in 2014 following a summer university placement. Michaela obtained a Law with Management degree from Aston University and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course part time at BPP in Liverpool whilst working full time at Hibberts.Michaela completed her training with Hibberts in March 2020 and qualified as a Solicitor specialising in Private Client work. She deals with all areas of Private Client work, including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with the administration of estates and is currently completing the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.Michaela was recently the Vice Chair and Law Society Liaison Representative of the Cheshire and North Wales Junior Lawyers Division.In her spare time, Michaela enjoys travelling and socialising with friends.
